2019-2020 Coach Evaluation Survey

At the end of each season, SHC gives our members the opportunity to provide feedback on its coaches through our Coach Evaluation Survey. Parents can submit an evaluation on the Head Coach and up to six Assistant Coaches. Evaluations must include valid contact information to be considered complete. Any surveys submitted without full contact information from a valid SHC member will be considered incomplete and deleted.

A high level summary of total responses and averages (individual names excluded) will be presented to the 2019-2020 SHC Board in June. Detailed responses will be provided to the Coaches Director for review prior to the start of the 2020-2021 season.
