New Sting AA Director

Please welcome our new Sting AA Director, Danielle Cyr! This newly created position will provide Sting families with a point of contact for program information as well as to bridge communication between Sting AA and the SHC Executive. Danielle's role will also involve forming a sub committee of members from associations in our recruitment area in an effort to grow the Sting program throughout the region. Danielle and her husband Roger have been members of SHC since 2004 and have held various volunteer roles in the Association over the years. The Cyrs have been involved in the Sting program with a son who played on the U18 (formerly Midget) AA team for 3 years back when the Sting program first began. Their daughter also has played elite level hockey on the Raiders Midget AA Elite Sharks team in St. Albert for the past 3 years. Danielle's knowledge and enthusiasm will be a great addition to the Sting program and we are fortunate to have her join our team!
