Thank you for all the responses from last night's email asking for your votes. 

 

We had 16 respond with their thoughts and had no players willing to move up to U18

Which is understandable.  The physical gap from grade 8 or 9 on U15  to grade 10, 11 and 12 on U18 is huge.  That's a big jump. 

 

But, unfortunately we received word from Hockey Alberta that they will not be accepting our application to have an oversized team.

This is due to both neighboring clubs (CNN and CR) having room to be able to take on players at this time and they are willing to take the player that gets cut.

 

As a result we will be conducting 2 tryout skates with the first being held this Wed (20th) from 8:15 pm to 9:15 pm at MLC.  The 2nd skate time will be communicated when we find out where we can fit it in but it'll likely be this weekend.
