2022/23 Sturgeon Hockey Club Coach Evaluation Survey

All members (Mustangs, Fillies and Sting) are encouraged to fill out the emailed SHC Coach Evaluation Survey for your child's head coach and assistant coach(es) in the 2022/23 season.

Feedback assists SHC in opportunities for recognition, areas of development and future coach selections. All responses will remain confidential.

The survey will close end of day Wednesday, January 25, 2023.
