Players outside of SHC boundaries but within our draw zones of Barrhead, Athabasca, Wabasca, Westlock, RQB/Calahoo, CNN (Bon Accord/Gibbons), Sturgeon Region (Morinville/Legal), Redwater DO NOT need to complete a Parent Declaration Form.
