AGM 2023
Our annual AGM is an opportunity for SHC to present information, elect committee members, and most importantly, connect with all of the valued members of our Association.
Please read the following information from our Executive regarding our upcoming AGM:
Sturgeon Hockey Club (SHC) Annual General Meeting Notification
- Date: Thursday, May 25, 2023
- Time: 6:30 pm Doors open (snacks and refreshments will be provided) / 7:00 PM Meeting starts
- Location: Morinville Community Cultural Centre (9502 100 Ave)
Important: The association would like to make some minor changes to the by-laws that require quorum of the voting membership. Your attendance is required to make this happen!
NEW THIS YEAR: All participants will be required to pre-register to attend the AGM REGISTER HERE! (members must be in good standing to attend)
All registered attendees will be entered in the chance to win 1 free registration! (winner must be in attendance at time of draw)
Board Positions up for Nomination: Please check the WEBSITE regularly for updates on the nominations for both the Executive and Hockey Operations Committees. Nominations for the 23/24 season closed at midnight on Sunday, April 30, 2023.
Documentation: Was emailed to all current SHC members on Monday, May 1, 2023. Please reach out to admin@sturgeonhockeyclub.com if you did not receive the email.
