Welcome to the U15AA Sting tryout homepage.
We are happy to announce Aaron McNelly as our head coach for the 2022-2023 season. Looking forward to seeing all the talent at tryouts!
All ice times will be from Morinville Leisure Centre arena Morinville Leisure Centre - Town of Morinville
- Make your way to the Sting check in desk to collect your try-out jersey
- Must have own water bottle
- Full equipment required for all sessions (players & goalies)
- Must return jerseys after every session
- All tryout players get a minimum of 3 skates before any releases are made
If your player is released from the tryout process, they may opt for a second AA tryout, there is a strict process to follow with the league so please contact us for more details before contacting any other AA teams or you may not be granted a second tryout. If they do not choose to have a second tryout, then you must report back to your home minor hockey association.
Those players who make it past Sept 14th cuts will be participating in the TRAC U15AA IceBreaker tournament out of Whitecourt starting with a game September 16th. The schedule for that will be posted when it is available to us.
